About the Role

As a dedicated professional in the mental health sector, we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Team Manager to join our dynamic team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and high-quality service for service users.
  • Utilise data to monitor the performance of the service against performance and quality indicators.
  • Lead the recruitment and retention of staff, ensuring the team works collaboratively to promote and enhance patient experience and recovery.
  • Work with the Patient Safety and Quality team to improve clinical quality and safety, ensuring the risk register is kept up to date and incidents are reported and investigated in a timely manner and that learning is shared with the team.
