Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care support services to our clients, working closely with Care Coordinators to plan care worker rotas and ensuring the seamless delivery of holistic packages of individual care support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and review individual services to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise care workers to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators to develop effective care worker rotas
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations of care worker practice

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to £26,730 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Maidstone ME15 7BS
