**Job Title:** Resident Engagement Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at RCH Care Homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful activities, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a range of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Build relationships with residents, families, and external partners to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the home.

 

Requirements:
  • Qualification in social care, such as NVQ HSC level 2 or QCF HSC award 2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
