Job Description: Community Wellbeing Assistant

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate Community Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Inspired Villages. As a key member of our wellbeing team, you will be responsible for supporting residents to manage their health proactively through assessments, promotion, awareness sessions, and drop-in clinics.

You will also be involved in organizing social activities and events to promote community engagement and social inclusion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents to access healthcare services and resources
  • Developing and implementing individualized wellbeing plans for residents
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to resident support
