Join Our Team - Care Home Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Home Assistant in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Some experience in care, housekeeping or catering is beneficial, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of care and service delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required
