Housing Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific patch, addressing anti-social behaviour and income management issues, and providing neighbourhood-based services to tenants and residents.

About the Role
  • Rent Management: Manage rent arrears, ensuring timely payments and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Neighbourhood Services: Provide support to tenants and residents, promoting community cohesion and engagement.
  • Tenancy Agreements: Ensure tenants comply with their agreements, taking necessary enforcement action when required.
  • Collaboration: Work with other agencies to provide appropriate support to tenants.
What We're Looking For
  • Relevant qualifications, including HNC/HND or degree in a relevant subject, or a part or full CIH professional qualification.
  • Experience in estate and tenancy management functions.
  • Knowledge of progressing rents, housing-related legislation, anti-social behaviour, and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and adapt to emergencies.

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
