Resident Care Manager

**Role Overview:**
CV-Library invites applications from experienced Peripatetic Nurses to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various care homes while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To deliver holistic care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures promoting excellence in patient care.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Degree in Nursing (RGN/RMN) or equivalent qualification.
- Current NMC registration.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
**Salary and Benefits:**
