Customer Experience Insights Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Premium Credit Limited. As a key member of our Customer and Partner Experience team, you will play a crucial role in providing effective data insights that enable strategic decisions to improve the customer journey performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to gain an understanding of the Customer and Partner experience.
- Collaborate across the business to identify trends and draw conclusions from large data sets.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer journey performance.
- Work closely with the Data Function to interrogate and interpret data, using this to inform and provoke strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Insight role, ideally including specific customer research experience.
- Advanced MS Excel / SQL skills and ability to build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or QlikView.
- Ability to translate data to insights, then to actionable recommendations.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is beneficial.
