Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing various Customer Experience programmes, including Online reviews, Mystery Shop, Surveys, and Lead Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret key customer data with stakeholders across the business.
- Work closely with the Insights team to provide maintenance and improvements to Customer Experience programmes.
- Support Customer Experience innovation and development.
- Provide support to management in delivering Voice of Customer content and stories that will be shared at board level.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing Customer Experience programmes such as Mystery Shop and Surveys.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen interest in Data Insight.
- Ability to present key findings to stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills using tools such as MS Excel.
