Customer Service Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Reporting Manager to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our Aftersales department, you will be responsible for providing business insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business intelligence system to provide insights into customer service performance and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on customer service performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Develop and maintain a data warehousing system to provide sophisticated reporting and analysis of customer service performance and market trends.
- Provide executive summaries and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, market analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Highly numerate, with advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills.
