About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Work closely with the sales and administration teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  4. Enroll customers onto courses, provide pricing details, and handle complaints with empathy
  5. Pre-course planning, courseware ordering, invoicing, and reporting
Requirements
  1. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for talking to customers
  2. A friendly, positive disposition and effective listening skills
  3. Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes
  4. Ability to adapt to new and changing circumstances, willingness to be coached and developed
  5. Resourceful, resilient, and professional with a flexible approach to work
