Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various Customer Experience programs, including Online reviews, Mystery Shop, Surveys, and Lead Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and interpreting key customer data with stakeholders across the business.
  • Working closely with the Insights team to provide maintenance and improvements to Customer Experience programs.
  • Supporting Customer Experience innovation and development.
  • Providing support to management in delivering Voice of Customer content and stories that will be shared at board level.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing Customer Experience programs such as Mystery Shop and Surveys.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen interest in Data Insight.
  • Ability to present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills using tools such as MS Excel.
