Customer Experience Leader

Hireful is an award-winning energy efficiency organisation based in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Manager to join our team.
Salary: up to £50,000 base salary, with the potential for OTE £75,000 per annum with bonuses.
About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the Contact Centre to ensure achievement of key KPIs and business objectives through digital multiple channels.
- Lead a team of Telemarketing Executives responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our sales teams.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement to optimise conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager in a customer experience environment managing predominantly outbound contact with some inbound customer contact through multiple digital channels.
- Strong leadership experience and team management skills focused on developing a high-performance team culture.
- Sound commercial awareness and judgement with understanding of external economic factors that may impact delivery and legislation.
