Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager, Employee Experience to support our employees and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of combined HR and/or office experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee in-person experiences for employees across multiple locations, ensuring a comfortable and functional work environment.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Implement recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements and milestones.
  • Manage employee rewards systems, ensuring timely and meaningful recognition for outstanding contributions.
  • Organize and oversee employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and social events.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of combined HR and/or office experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About This Role
