As a Global Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our employees and shaping our global company culture. You will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, ensuring our workforce feels valued and motivated.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have 6+ years of combined HR and/or Office experience
  • Have experience with customer service and/or employee-facing talent management
  • Be able to work with multiple stakeholders with varying interpersonal styles, backgrounds, and roles
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with DEBI principles and practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing in-person experiences as an office manager overseeing 3+ locations; coordinating logistics for internal events, meetings, and training sessions; collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure a comfortable and functional work environment for remote employees who need a physical place to work; maintaining professional and accurate records for health, safety, and security; developing and executing comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires; coordinating orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and procedures; collaborating with department leads to create engaging experiences that promote a sense of community and teamwork; assisting with defining, marketing, and evangelizing for the Veson employee value proposition (EVP); designing artifacts to assist with employer branding; creating social media campaigns to amplify brand awareness; implementing recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements and milestones; managing employee rewards systems; serving as a point of contact for employee feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and working towards effective resolutions; communicating strategies to keep employees informed about company updates, events, and opportunities; organizing and overseeing employee engagement programs; conducting regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights; analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implementing action plans.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Location

This position is based in Boston, USA, with travel expected annually. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimate Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
