Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B teams at THE PIG on the beach. This is a rare opportunity to join the group in an influential senior role, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our F&B teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage F&B teams to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and control F&B costs to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £38,000-£40,000 DOE, plus tronc points (OTE £43,000 - £45,500)
