**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Devon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant, bars, and other food and beverage outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings
* Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive revenue and increase customer engagement
* Lead a team of chefs, servers, and other support staff to deliver outstanding results
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
