About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and successful business, Penny Cook Recruitment, to drive the food and beverage offer at one of their sites near Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to improve and develop the F&B offer, as well as contribute to other departments on site.

The business is a multi-faceted operation incorporating large scale events, leisure activities, food and beverage, retail, and accommodation.

As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for heading up the food and beverage side, as well as being involved in other departments on site.

You will have full financial responsibility for the F&B department and will be expected to work closely with other managers to drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the F&B offer
  • Manage the F&B department, including staff, budgets, and operations
  • Work closely with other managers to drive the business forward
  • Contribute to the development of the business's overall strategy
