We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Penny Cook Recruitment. As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the food and beverage department, including staff supervision, training, and development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Ensure that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and events, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible products and services for our customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
