Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service, managing food and beverage operations, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage outlets are clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
