Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
