Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
- Manage and train the food and beverage team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Work within budgeted guidelines to ensure that food costs, liquor costs, and payroll are managed effectively
- Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking to ensure that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date
- Maximize sales and revenue opportunities across food and beverage
- Support with appraisals and performance reviews for team members under your responsibility
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the guest experience
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
