Role Overview

The Employee Experience Manager will play a key role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and programs at SaleCycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people development, operational efficiency, and fostering an inclusive high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & Manager Support: Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, manage Employee Relations case management, and act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, report on employee trends, and monitor absence trends to advocate early intervention.
  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage all administrative tasks related to employees based in France, ensure ongoing development and maintenance of the People Hub on Notion, and support the People Coordinator in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a tech or SME environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, specifically the UK and France.
  • Strong understanding of French and UK labour laws, payroll, and best practices.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
