  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on employee relations, policy, and process updates, performance management, and capability and absence management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with line managers to ensure the timely and satisfactory resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line advice, guidance, coaching, and support to all colleagues on a wide range of People matters.
  • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support case management of ER cases relating to disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, and performance.
