Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Returns Administrator to join our Product team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, minimising returns, and incorporating customer feedback into product development.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the returns process for National accounts and identify opportunities to minimise returns.
- Resolve customer queries and issues on websites and portals, providing prompt and professional answers.
- Analyse product inspection reports, extract key data, and update internal systems for better decision-making.
- Communicate with factories and the China team through regular video meetings and emails.
- Investigate customer concerns and complaints, providing prompt and professional answers on online portals and via emails.
- Maintain accurate database records and keep internal & customer systems up-to-date.
- Deliver high-quality work, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working with product - not specifically lighting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
