Product Administrator Specialist

Poole, Dorset

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Administrator Specialist to support our Product team in analysing and processing quality and returns data to resolve customer queries and feedback improvements into the product development cycle.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage the process for National accounts and identify opportunities to minimise product returns.
  2. Resolve customer queries and issues on websites and portals.
  3. Analyse product inspection reports, extract key data, and update internal systems for better decision-making.
  4. Communicate with factories and the China team through regular video meetings.
  5. Investigate customer concerns and complaints, providing prompt and professional answers on online portals and via emails.
  6. Maintain accurate database records and keep internal & customer systems up-to-date.
  7. Deliver high-quality work, meeting deadlines consistently.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
  2. Good oral and written communication skills.
  3. Confidence in communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Previous experience of working with product.
