Insurance Administrator Job Description

Our client, a leading specialist insurance company, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Insurance Administrator to join their team. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retentions and Sales teams to ensure all relevant paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to FCA requirements and customer risk management.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers regarding policy paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an FCA or insurance role.
  • Excellent administration skills, including:
    • 25 days' holiday, increasing to 27 days through service (plus bank holidays).
