We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's Property Department in Bournemouth. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Department, including answering incoming calls and emails, obtaining quotations and liaising with contractors, and managing routine maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Department, including answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Obtain quotations and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage routine maintenance contracts, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Keep information up to date on systems, including tenancy management and site visit reports.
  • Support the wider team by providing administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
