We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jimmy's Iced Coffee. This role offers a part-time schedule, requiring 25 hours of work per week spread across five days.

Role Responsibilities

As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and managing communication through emails and phone calls.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office space, while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Overseeing the warehouse area, coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and enhancing our operational space.
  • Engaging with colleagues across various departments to support their needs and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Managing the vehicle fleet, including tracking maintenance, repairs, and any damages.
  • Distributing and maintaining office equipment such as laptops and mobile devices.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in managing a busy office environment with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the capability to operate independently.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of vehicle management and maintenance processes.
  • A minimum educational qualification of A-Level.
  • A valid and clean UK driving license.
