Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our client's Property Department in Bournemouth. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with contractors to obtain quotations and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining Health and Safety contracts and routine maintenance records
  • Monitor and update information on systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow up on quote and instruction requests from suppliers to ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare site visit reports and tenancy management documents
  • Support the wider team in achieving departmental goals
