About the Part-time Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our busy team in a public sector setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with monthly reviews, focused reviews, practice week, and benchmarking. They will also be required to answer inbox queries and provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with monthly reviews and focused reviews
  • Supporting practice week and benchmarking activities
  • Answering inbox queries and responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS TEAMS, Excel, MS Forms, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships across the service

What We Offer:

  • A hybrid role with 22 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
