About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our Americas management team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and development for our sales activities in the US, ensuring we meet globally set targets and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance and results of First Line Sales managers.
  • Provide regular business performance metric reports to management.
  • Liaise and work with senior management to set forecasts, budgets, and targets.
  • Ensure effective management of end-user and customer relations.
  • Review and monitor sales performance, refining sales strategy as required by management.
  • Provide valuable insights on trending market conditions, updating our local business plan in terms of delivery, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Follow up and prioritize areas of development and expansion, aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Create cross-functional collaborations, driving synergies and sharing best practices to improve performance.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering, combined with extensive experience in a similar role. You should have experience working in a cross-functional and matrix environment.

You are a strong and trustworthy relationship builder and leader, with a genuine interest in developing people. You are curious and eager to explore new possibilities, constantly keeping an eye on development and market trends. By analyzing our business environment and mixing strategy with hands-on actions, you drive customer value and increase our competitiveness.
