About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Solution Principal to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales and growth team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with Practice Vertical Leads, Directors, and Managers to determine the best approach to Professional Service offerings
  • Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts
  • Manage and prioritize requests from Account Management and Direct teams
  • Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system
  • Develop and deliver high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions
  • Participate in developing strategic sales approaches for prospective customers
  • Perform knowledge transfer to the delivery team
  • Assist in the planning phase of projects
Requirements
  • Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform solution experience
  • Planning and budgeting lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacity
  • 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider
  • Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role
  • Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class business solutions
  • Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus
  • Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications is a plus
  • 2nd European Language is a plus
