Front Office Team Leader Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Front Office Team Leader to join our team at AccorHotel. As a leader in front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front office activities, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise front office staff to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including front office activity logs and guest feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front office management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
