We are seeking a highly skilled Tutor for Individuals with Autism to join our team in Northamptonshire. In this role, you will provide personalized support to learners with autism, enhancing their academic and social development.
About the Job:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the unique learning needs of individuals with autism.
- Develop and implement teaching strategies to enhance academic and social development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism.
- Understanding of various teaching methodologies and strategies for supporting individuals with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to tutoring.
