We require an Autism Support Worker to join our Academics team in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with varying needs, both in and out of the classroom.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist setting, or equivalent experience in care or as a support worker. We welcome applicants who have experience working with autistic learners (verbal and non-verbal).
