About the Role

We are seeking a Female Casual Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will be caring, fun, and up for a challenge. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and develop new skills.

In this role, you will assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, preparing and cooking meals, and supporting individuals with daily living tasks. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.

The salary for this position is £27,564 per annum, based on 24 hours of work per week at £11.48 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
