CBT Therapist for Complex Needs

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate CBT Therapist to join our Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychological therapies to women and birthing people experiencing complex mental health difficulties.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in working with women and birthing people across the perinatal spectrum.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for women and birthing people under our care
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and other stakeholders
- Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Postgraduate qualification in CBT or a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- Current professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., HCPC)
- Proven experience in working with complex mental health presentations and developing psychologically informed care
