We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with complex mental health needs and make a real difference in their lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Occupational Therapy service, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and treatment. This includes developing and implementing clinical strategies, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that our services meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Occupational Therapy service, developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Over 1 year's experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in low or medium secure security settings would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of learning disability and/or Autism is essential.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £37,969-£45,418 per annum, plus benefits including pension and life assurance, sickness policy on par with the NHS, and 27 days annual leave increasing to 33 with service plus bank holidays.
