Job Title: Bank Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Northamptonshire

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our bank service in the Therapy department at Northampton General Hospital. As a member of the joint therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients across various clinical areas, including Acute Medicine, Elderly Care, Urgent Care, Frailty, Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Stroke, Respiratory, and Hand Therapy.

The role involves delivering a quality Occupational Therapy Service, working closely with other members of the Multidisciplinary Team, including Physiotherapy, Technical Instructors, Nurses, Medics, and the Hospital Complex Case Discharge Team. You will also contribute towards staff and service development activities, participating in team meetings and service development sessions.

For this position, we are offering a salary range of £29,750 - £41,604 per annum (dependent on experience) and additional benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
