We are seeking a forward-thinking Corporate Finance Manager to lead our finance team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced accountant looking to join a dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the corporate functions are completed on time and to a high standard. Your expertise in financial analysis and process improvement will enable us to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

You will work closely with our Head of Finance to develop and implement processes and procedures that support the Trust's strategic objectives. Your experience in managing VAT and cash flow will be essential in maintaining the financial stability of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a CCAB or CIMA qualification and a proven track record of working in local government. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff within the finance team.
