Supporting Children with Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team, providing essential support to children with complex disabilities and their families.

About the Role:

  • Job Title: Disability Support Specialist
  • Length of Assignment: 3 Months
  • Hours per Week: 37
  • Hourly Rate: £34.00 (estimated salary £12,828 per annum)
  • Location: Northamptonshire
  • Remote/Office Based: Hybrid

The Disabled Children's Team is comprised of experienced professionals working together to achieve exceptional outcomes for children with disabilities and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver social work services to children with disabilities, child in need, child protection, and children in care.
  2. Conduct assessments of need, provision, and review of care packages.
  3. Collaborate effectively as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3 years of experience as a Social Worker, a strong passion for making a difference, and excellent communication skills.
