About the Role

As a qualified Social Worker at Northamptonshire Children's Trust, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to children and families who are in care. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality social work that promotes positive outcomes and improves the lives of our service users.

With a focus on long-term care, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement effective plans that address their unique needs and circumstances. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and young people in care

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Qualification as a Registered Social Worker
  • Experience working with children and families in care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
