**Job Summary**

In Technology Group is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Leamington Spa. This role will provide first and second line support to all staff, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICT role, holding a relevant qualification and strong Microsoft Office skills. They will also have demonstrable experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, as well as working with Windows 10, Windows Server, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, Virtualization, and Office 365 administration.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
