Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our support team, you will provide first and second-line technical assistance to staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICT role, with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to staff across various technology platforms
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to minimize disruption to end-users
- Develop skills and expertise in areas that improve delivery of support and management of systems, software, or services
- Collaborate with third-party support teams and consultants as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICT role
- Relevant ICT qualification
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows Server, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, Virtualization, and Office 365 administration
- Excellent communication skills and timekeeping

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
