Residential Therapist Clinical Psychologist

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and young people in a residential setting, with a focus on developmental trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- To deputize to the Head of Service (Psychologist) in supporting with supervising staff in house.
- To provide reflective therapeutic practice through consultation, assessment, formulation, training and direct work with service users.
- To work with a team that focuses on trauma-informed care and provides support to individuals who may stay for a few months to several years.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience working with developmental trauma and experience of supervising staff.
