Are you a skilled Clinical Psychologist looking for a challenging role in Adult Mental Health Services? We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Clinical Psychology Leadership Specialist. As part of North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for providing leadership, clinical supervision, and training for psychology staff. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working with complex psychological presentations and will be passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and clinical supervision to psychology staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology, registration with the Health Professions Council, and experience of working with a wide variety of client groups. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £**£76,000-£100,000 per annum**, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
