Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the safe and effective delivery of complex clinical homecare services
  • Managing a team of care staff, Office Consultants, and Clinical Nurse Specialists
  • Establishing and maintaining robust operational procedures
  • Meeting budget goals and managing office-related costs
  • Ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and company policies
Requirements:

A degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A valid driving license and vehicle are required due to travel needs.
