We are currently recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner to join our team at St Helens NHS Trust. As a Clinical Theatre Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our theatre teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the development of clinical teams, overseeing work delegation, and collaborating with the Theatre Operational Lead. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing strong working relationships with service users and promoting joint working to achieve continuous service improvement.

A competitive salary range of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum is on offer for this challenging yet rewarding role. We are committed to supporting your professional development and growth within our organisation.

Key Requirements
  • Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Relevant diploma or degree, or working towards.
  • Teaching and assessing/mentoring qualification.
  • Related ENB/Theatre courses.
