Dynamic Veterinary Leadership Role

A lead veterinary surgeon is sought to spearhead our thriving community-focused practice in Prescot. With a strong understanding of leadership and team culture, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team delivering exceptional patient care and first-class service.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working 39 hours over four days, offering a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' UK small animal practice experience and be able to take ownership of the practice's development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the veterinary team and contribute to the practice's growth and development
- Foster collaboration and positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Drive commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- RCVS registration as a veterinary surgeon
- Experience in delivering strong commercial performance and using coaching and influencing skills
- A strong understanding of leadership, team culture, and customer service
In return for your expertise, we offer:
- A competitive salary range £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
